# 175.100 Purpose of this part.

This part establishes a Federal award term for grants and cooperative agreements to implement the requirements in 22 U.S.C. 7104(g); 22 U.S.C. 7104a; 22 U.S.C. 7104b; and 22 U.S.C. 7104c.
