# 6001.102 Agency designees.For purposes of 5 CFR part 2635, the following Department of Transportation officials are agency designees within the meaning of 5 CFR 2635.102(b):(a) The Designated Agency Ethics Official;(b) The Alternate Agency Ethics Official;(c) The Deputy Ethics Officials; and(d) As designated by Deputy Ethics Officials, legal counsel in regional and other offices.
