# 760.1601 Administration.(a) The On-Farm Stored Commodity Loss Program will be administered under the general supervision and direction of the FSA Administrator and will be carried out in the field by FSA State and county committees, respectively.(b) State and county committees, and representatives and their employees, do not have authority to modify or waive any of the provisions of the regulations set forth in this part.(c) The FSA State committee will take any required action not taken by the FSA county committee. The FSA State committee will also:(1) Correct or require correction of an action taken by a county committee that is not in compliance with this part; or(2) Require a county committee to not take an action or implement a decision that is not under the regulations of this part.(d) No provision or delegation to an FSA State or county committee will preclude the FSA Administrator, the Deputy Administrator, or a designee, from determining any question arising under this subpart, or from reversing or modifying any determination made by an FSA State or county committee.[84 FR 48532, Sept. 13, 2019, as amended at 90 FR 51971, Nov. 18, 2025]
