# 760.1714 Overdisbursement.If the milk loss payment disbursed to an affected farmer exceeds the amount authorized under the regulations in this subpart, the affected farmer will be personally liable for repayment of the amount of such excess.[84 FR 48534, Sept. 13, 2019.
