# 62.16 Withdrawal of a determination request.(a) A person may withdraw a request for a Commission determination under this part without prejudice at any time prior to the issuance of an initial determination under § 62.21 of this part.(b) The Secretary of the Commission will cause to be published in the *Federal Register* a notice of the withdrawal of a request for a Commission determination under this part.
