# 102.10 Disbursement by check (52 U.S.C. 30102 (h)(1)).

All disbursements by a political committee, except for disbursements from the petty cash fund under 11 CFR 102.11, shall be made by check or similar draft, including electronic transfer, from account(s) established at the committee's campaign depository or depositories under 11 CFR part 103.
