# 38.7 Incorporation by reference.

The ICAO Doc 7488/3, *Manual of the ICAO Standard Atmosphere (extended to 80 kilometres (262 500 feet))* (1993), referenced in sections A38.2.1.3.1, A38.5.2.2.1.9, and A38.5.2.2.1.10 of appendix A to this part, is incorporated by reference into this part with the approval of the Director of the Federal Register under 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
