# 372.10 Exemption.
Charter operators are hereby relieved from the provisions of section 41102 of 49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII only if and so long as they comply with the provisions of this part and the conditions imposed herein, and to the extent necessary to permit them to organize and arrange overseas military personnel charters.
