# 1231.2 Requirements for high chairs.

Each high chair shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F404-21, *Standard Consumer Safety Specification for High Chairs,* approved on November 15, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
