# 1235.2 Requirements for baby changing products.

Each baby changing product shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2388-21, *Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Baby Changing Products for Domestic Use,* approved on November 15, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
