# 10.4 Business address; hours.

The Office of Proceedings is located at the Commission's Washington, DC headquarters. Emails must be sent to *[email protected].* The office is open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays.
