# 740.12 Amendments.The Council may amend all or portions of these guidelines in accordance with established procedures. If it does, it will:(a) Consult with appropriate advisory groups;(b) Publish such proposed rulemaking in the *Federal Register;* and(c) Simultaneously provide a copy of such proposed changes to each designated agency.
