# 208.1 Applicability of part.

Part 208 applies to proceedings of the Commission under sections 321-324 of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Implementation Act, 19 U.S.C. 4571-4574 (19 U.S.C. 4501 note).
