# 702.274 Employer's refusal to pay penalty.In the event the employer refuses to pay the penalty assessed, the district director shall refer the complete administrative file to the Associate Director, Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation, for subsequent transmittal to the Associate Solicitor for Employee Benefits, with the request that appropriate legal action be taken to recover the penalty.[42 FR 45302, Sept. 9, 1977]
