# 726.115 Revocation of authorization to self-insure.OWCP may suspend or revoke the authorization of any self-insurer for good cause, including but not limited to:(a) Failure by a self-insurer to comply with any provision or requirement of law or of the regulations in this part, or with any lawful order or request made by OWCP;(b) The failure or insolvency of the surety on its indemnity bond, if such bond is used as security, or any other financial institution holding any form of security provided by an operator; or(c) Impairment of financial responsibility of such self-insurer.
