# 101.71 Health claims: claims not authorized.
Health claims not authorized for foods in conventional food form or for dietary supplements of vitamins, minerals, herbs, or other similar substances:
(a) Dietary fiber and cardiovascular disease.
(b) Zinc and immune function in the elderly.
