# 171.310 Can I use water delivered by BIA for livestock purposes?Yes, if we determine it will not:(a) Interfere with the operation, maintenance, or rehabilitation of our facilities;(b) Be detrimental to or jeopardize our facilities;(c) Adversely affect the water rights or water supply; or(d) Cause additional costs to us that we do not agree to in writing.
