# 248.10 Appeals from administrative actions.

Any decision made by the Regional Director under this part shall be subject to appeal to the Assistant Secretary—Indian Affairs, and any decision of the Assistant Secretary—Indian Affairs on such an appeal may be appealed to the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with part 2 of this chapter.
