# 41.55 How are grant funds processed?(a) BIE will identify the budget request for Diné College separately in its annual budget justification.(b) BIE will not commingle funds appropriated for grants under this subpart with appropriations that are historically expended by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for programs and projects normally provided on the Navajo Reservation for Navajo beneficiaries.
