# 44.103 Change in corporate name.

Where there is a change in the name of a corporate export warehouse proprietor the proprietor shall, within 30 days of such change, make application on Form 5200.16 for an amended permit. The proprietor shall also furnish such documents as may be necessary to establish that the corporate name has been changed.
