# 580.32 What penalties may I be subject to?(a) *Penalties for noncompliance under a permit.* You are subject to the penalty provisions of section 24 of the Act (43 U.S.C. 1350) and the procedures contained in 30 CFR part 550, subpart N for noncompliance with:(1) Any provision of the Act;(2) Any provisions of a G&G or drilling permit; or(3) Any regulation or order issued under the Act.(b) *Penalties under other laws and regulations.* The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other law or regulation.
