# 306.0 Applicability of regulations.

These regulations apply to all U.S. transferable and nontransferable securities, 
<sup>1</sup>
[^] other than U.S. Savings Bonds and U.S. Savings Notes, to the extent specified in these regulations, the offering circulars or special regulations governing such securities.

<sup>1</sup> These regulations may also be applied to securities issued by certain agencies of the United States and certain Government and Government-sponsored corporations.
