# 539.304 Entity owned or controlled by a designated foreign person.

The term *entity owned or controlled by a designated foreign person* includes any subsidiaries and branches, wherever located, of entities that are designated foreign persons, any successors to such entities, and any persons acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of any of the foregoing.
