# 225.3 Definitions.

Unless otherwise noted, these terms and their definitions are for the purpose of this part.

*Caregiver.* Defined in 38 U.S.C. 1720G(d)

*Family Caregiver.* Defined in 38 U.S.C. 1720G(d)

*Former POW.* Defined in 38 U.S.C. 101

*Service-connected.* Defined in 38 U.S.C. 101

*Veteran.* Defined in 38 U.S.C. 101
