# 52.13 How will the Director share information with potential respondents after issuing the request for proposals?

If the Director shares material information directly related to the request for proposals with one potential respondent, the Director will share the same information with all potential respondents who have advised the Director of their interest in the request for proposals. This does not apply to information that is publicly available.
