# 2.148 Director may suspend certain rules.In an extraordinary situation, when justice requires and no other party is injured thereby, any requirement of the rules in parts 2, 3, 6, and 7 of this chapter that is not a requirement of the Act may be suspended or waived by the Director.[84 FR 37096, July 31, 2019]
