# 16.2 Definitions.

As used in this part:

(a) The terms *individual, maintain, record,* and *system of records* have the same meanings as specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a.

(b) *EPA* means the Environmental Protection Agency.

(c) *Working days* means calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
