# 174.546 Bacillus thuringensis Cry1B.868 and Cry1Da_7 proteins; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.

Residues of *Bacillus thuringensis* Cry1B.868 and Cry1Da_7 proteins in or on the food and feed commodities of corn: corn, field; corn, sweet; and corn, pop are exempt from the requirement of a tolerance when used as a plant-incorporated protectant in corn.
