# 180.729 Cyclobutrifluram; tolerances for residues.

(a) *General.* Tolerances are established for residues of the nematicide/fungicide cyclobutrifluram, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the plant commodities in table 1 to this paragraph (a). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 1 is to be determined by measuring the sum of cyclobutrifluram (*rel-N*-[(1*R,*2*R*)-2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)cyclobutyl]-2-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinecarboxamide) and its metabolite 2-trifluoromethyl-nicotinamide, calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of cyclobutrifluram in or on plant commodities.

Table 1 to Paragraph **(a)**

| Commodity | Parts
per million |
| --- | --- |
| Cotton, gin byproducts | 0.02 |
| Cotton, undelinted seed | 0.02 |
| Lettuce, leaf | 0.06 |
| Soybean, seed | 0.03 |
