# 408.10 Applicability; description of the farm-raised catfish processing subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from the processing of farm-raised catfish by existing facilities which process more than 1362 kg (3000 lbs) of raw material per day on any day during a calendar year and all new sources.[40 FR 55780, Dec. 1, 1975]
