# 408.130 Applicability; description of the breaded shrimp processing in the contiguous States subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from the processing of breaded shrimp in the contiguous States by existing facilities processing more than 908 kg (2000 lbs) of raw material per day on any day during a calendar year and all new sources.[40 FR 55781, Dec. 1, 1975]
