# 408.250 Applicability; description of the Pacific Coast hand-shucked oyster processing subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from existing Pacific Coast handshucked oyster processing facilities which process more than 454 kg (1000 lbs) of product per day on any day during a calendar year and all new sources.
