# 408.260 Applicability; description of the Atlantic and Gulf Coast hand-shucked oyster processing subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharge resulting from existing hand-shucked oyster processing facilities on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts which process more than 454 kg (1000 lbs) of product per day on any day during a calendar year and all new sources.
