# 408.50 Applicability; description of the remote Alaskan crab meat processing subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from the processing, in remote Alaska, of dungeness, tanner, and king crab meat. The effluent limitations contained in subpart E are applicable to facilities not covered under subpart D.[40 FR 55780, Dec. 1, 1975]
