# 411.30 Applicability; description of the materials storage piles runoff subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from the runoff of rainfall which derives from the storage of materials including raw materials, intermediate products, finished products and waste materials which are used in or derived from the manufacture of cement under either Subcategory—A or B.
