# 415.01 Compliance dates for pretreatment standards for existing sources.The compliance dates for the pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES) established in this part are as follows:(a) The compliance date for subparts A, B, L, AL, AR, BA, and BC is July 20, 1980.(b) The compliance date for subparts AJ, AU, BL, BM, BN and BO, except for discharges from copper sulfate or nickel sulfate manufacturing operations, is August 22, 1987.(c) The compliance date for discharges from copper sulfate and nickel sulfate manufacturing operations and for all subparts in part 415 not listed in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section is June 29, 1985.[49 FR 33420, Aug. 22, 1984; 49 FR 37594, Sept. 25, 1984]
