# 426.16 Pretreatment standards for new sources.Any new source subject to this subpart that introduces process wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works must comply with 40 CFR part 403.(a) *Applicability.* The provisions of this section shall apply to discharges of process waste water pollutants into publicly owned treatment works except for that portion of the waste stream which constitutes cullet water.(b) [Reserved][39 FR 2565, Jan. 22, 1974, as amended at 60 FR 33958, June 29, 1995]
