# 429.70 Applicability; description of the wood preserving-water borne or nonpressure subcategory.This subpart applies to discharges and to the introduction of process wastewater pollutants into publicly owned treatment works from all nonpressure wood preserving treatment processes and all pressure wood preserving treatment processes employing water borne inorganic salts.
