# 45.115 Definitions.The following definitions supplement the definitions in 2 CFR part 200, subpart A.*Stipend.* Supplemental financial assistance, other than tuition and fees, paid directly to the trainee by the recipient organization.*Trainee.* A student selected by the recipient organization who receives support to meet the objectives in § 45.110.[49 FR 41004, Oct. 18, 1984, as amended at 79 FR 76062, Dec. 19, 2014]
