# 52.1027 Rules and regulations.

(a) *Part D—Conditional Approval.*

(b) *Non-Part D—No Action.* EPA is neither approving nor disapproving the following elements of the revisions identified in § 52.1020(C)(10):

(1) Intergovernmental consultation.

(2) Interstate pollution notification requirements.

(3) Public notification requirements.

(4) Conflict of Interest requirements.

(5) Permit fees.
