# 52.1168 Certification of no sources.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has certified to the satisfaction of EPA that no sources are located in the Commonwealth which are covered by the following Control Techniques Guidelines:

(a) Large Petroleum Dry Cleaners.

(b) Natural Gas/Gasoline Processing Plants.

(c) Air Oxidation Processes/SOCMI.

(d) Polypropylene/Polyethylene Manufacturing.
