# 60.539b What parts of the General Provisions do not apply to me?

The following provisions of subpart A of part 60 do not apply to this subpart:

(a) Section 60.7;

(b) Section 60.8(a), (c), (d), (e), (f)(1), and (g);

(c) Section 60.14; and

(c) Section 60.15(d).
