# 101-8.312 Procedures.

The procedural provisions of title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are adopted and stated in §§ 101-6.205-101-6.215 and apply to this subpart. (Sec. 205(c), 63 Stat. 390; 40 U.S.C. 486(c).)
