# 102-33.40 Acquiring Government aircraft.

To acquire Government aircraft, you must follow the requirements in:

(a) 31 U.S.C. 1343;

(b) OMB Circular A-126 Revised;

(c) OMB Circular A-11, Part 2, Section 25.5;

(d) OMB Circular A-76; and

(e) OMB Circular A-94.
