# 50-201.502 Record of injuries.Every person who is or shall become a party to a Government contract which is subject to the provisions of the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and the regulations thereunder, or who is performing or shall perform any part of such contract subject to the provisions of such Act or regulations, shall comply with the recordkeeping requirements of 29 CFR Part 1904.[36 FR 20676, Oct. 28, 1971]
