# 136.116 Reports.
In addition to the reporting and information requirements provided in 2 CFR 200.328 through 200.333 made applicable to grants under this subpart by § 136.114, each recipient of Federal financial assistance shall make such reports and information available to the Indian people served or represented by such recipient as and in a manner determined by the Secretary to be adequate.
This section is a requirement in addition to 2 CFR parts 200 and 300 and is required by section 5(c) of Pub. L. 93-638.
