# 9.15 Planning programs affecting land use.The Agency shall take floodplain management into account when formulating or evaluating any water and land use plans. No plan may be approved unless it:(a) Reflects consideration of flood hazards and floodplain management and wetlands protection; and(b) Prescribes planning procedures to implement the policies and requirements of the Orders and this regulation.
