# 1149.46 Where is the hearing held?

The ALJ may hold the hearing:

(a) In any judicial district of the United States:

(b) In which you reside or transact business; or

(c) In which the claim or statement on which liability is based was made to the NEA; or

(d) In such other place as agreed upon by you and the ALJ.
