# 1623.6 Interim funding.(a) Pending the completion of suspension proceedings under this part, the Corporation shall provide the recipient with the level of financial assistance provided for under its current grant or contract with the Corporation.(b) Funds withheld pursuant to a suspension shall be released to the recipient at the end of the suspension period.
