# 153.1132 Reporting spills and non-complying discharges: Category A, B, C, and D.The following shall be reported following the procedures applying to oil in 33 CFR 151.15 (c), (d), (g), (h):(a) All discharges of the NLS that do not meet the requirements of this part.(b) All spills into the water.
